Shipping + Return Policy
Shipping policy:
-Items will ship in 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted.
-Custom items may take up to 30 business days.
-Please register your account fully including email so we can send you tracking information.
-Tracking information will be sent once item leaves the warehouse.
-Shipping is based on weight and location.
-You may receive your packages in multiple shipments based on in stock or custom orders.
- Customer is responsible for making sure the correct address is under customer profile before order is placed.
-Orders can not be modified or canceled once placed.
-We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If an item is shown as being delivered, but hasn’t been, you must contact your local post office and provide them with the tracking number to resolve.
- We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. We ship to the exact address you list on the account.
Return policy:
We want you to LOVE your items! If the fit is not what you expected, or it's just not LOVE, please follow the steps below:
- E-mail DashofSparkleTeam@gmail.com within 3 days of package delivery to receive the return address.
-Please Include a note with return stating your name and order number the item is from.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of order or animal hair.
- All tags must be attached to items.
- #DashDeals, sales items, epic events, bralettes, food items, spa items, custom items, seasonal items, makeup, and any discounted items are final sale.
- Once processed, you will receive a credit, minus shipping, in the form of a gift card to be used in our Boutique. Gift cards expire after one year. (If returns occur more than 4x, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from return.)
-Credit can not be used until item is received, processed, and we have placed the credit back onto your account with us.
Defective Items:
Inspect your items as soon as they arrive. Worn items, washed items, or items with tags removed will be ineligible. If a defect is noticed, please e-mail us a photo within 3 days of receiving the item so we can resolve this issue.
